CUNYfirst is a University-wide system that manages students’ education and records, faculty and staff employment and benefits information, and college business operations.
If you have not claimed your CUNYfirst account, you can do so by clicking on New User link on the login page and completing the registration. The system will ask you to change your password every 90days. If you have forgotten your password or cannot login for some reason, you can always reclaim your account by going to New User link.
*Please note that you if are newly hired instructor, it may take a few weeks into your first semester before you may be able to claim your CUNYfirst account.
As a faculty member, you will need to submit the following information on the CUNYfirst system each semester:
- Verification of Enrollment Roster (VOE)
- Grade Roster
- Textbook order (Required only for English, History/Philosophy/Political Science, and Behavioral Science departments)
